Pay Range: Targeting salary $60,400 annually, based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday Standard / Fixed Schedule

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
  • 4 years in marketing, public relations, communications or related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.

Department Preferences:

  • Bachelor's degree in strategic communications or marketing or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge, skill, and understanding of position requirements.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, including time spent in direct account/client management.
  • Professional agency experience.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Client service oriented.
  • Excels in managing relationships.
  • Highly organized and experience in robust project management software.
  • Ability to strategically think in both communication and process.
  • Team player with initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Project management skills.
  • Desire to gain professional development opportunities.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability and flexibility in handling various clients' needs.
  • Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to learn new skills and create processes.
