Position Introduction:

This entry-level administrative support position plays an important role in providing excellent customer service and operational assistance to faculty, staff, students, and visitors while supporting the overall success of the department.

The successful candidate will assist with a variety of administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining records, preparing reports and documents, coordinating office communications, and supporting office supply and inventory needs. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries, helping connect individuals with resources and information while ensuring efficient office operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build administrative experience while contributing to a team dedicated to providing high-quality support and service.
