Position Introduction:

The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Genetics, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operations of the section, providing comprehensive administrative support to faculty, clinicians, and research staff dedicated to advancing pediatric genetic care, education, and research. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that impacts children and families while supporting innovative clinical and research initiatives in medical genetics.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
