The Human Resources Benefits Specialist supports employee benefit programs and HR processes, providing high-quality service to faculty and staff. Working independently, the Specialist exercises sound judgment to make informed decisions on benefits-related matters. Key responsibilities include resolving procedural inquiries, monitoring payroll deductions to ensure accuracy, and conducting new hire benefits orientations, The candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing timely, professional, and comprehensive HR support.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 12 months of Human Resources and/or Benefits experience.
