Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $60,500 based on experience and education.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Position Introduction:

Established in 2013, the Oklahoma Clinical and Translational Science Institute (OCTSI) serves as a catalyst for clinical and translational research that improves health and healthcare for Oklahomans. As a quality improvement coordinator, you will play a vital role in advancing quality, safety, and continuous improvement in patient care. This position supports quality improvement initiatives through medical record reviews, data collection and analysis, and coordination of surveys. Working closely with clinical staff and leadership, this role helps identify opportunities, improve clinical workflow, and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance patient outcomes and support a culture of excellence in primary care delivery.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other Allied Health program.
  • 24 months clinical health care experience in any of the following: direct patient care, medical record and clinic/site reviews, patient complaint investigator, clinical guidelines, and quality of care/risk management/patient safety issues.
