Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $50,300 annually, depending on education and experience.

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Required

Position Introduction:

This role supports the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of community-based educational programs across Oklahoma. Responsibilities include collaborating with program teams and community partners, conducting outreach and needs assessments, developing educational materials and marketing strategies, organizing events and trainings, analyzing program data, and supporting policy and systems change initiatives. The position also involves building partnerships with agencies and organizations, seeking funding opportunities, preparing reports, and assisting with program evaluation and research activities.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 12 months experience in community outreach activities or health education.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 60 months experience.
