Pay Range: Targeted salary range of $54,700 - $60,000 annually, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Position Introduction:

The Basic Sciences Shared Administration serves the departments of Biochemistry & Physiology, Cell Biology, and Microbiology & Immunology, and Molecular Genetics and Genome Sciences. The BSA Grants Team currently manages 150 active grants in addition to providing pre-award support for their assigned faculty members. We are looking for a knowledgeable individual who is great with people and can provide a high quality of service.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or closely-related field.
  • 60 months experience in business management, administration, accounting, finance, operations management or closely related area. 24 months of the required experience must be directly related to coordinating/managing sponsored grants or contracts. 

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree for a total of 108 months experience.
