Pay Range: Targeted Salary $43,000 annually, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

This position supports OU Online students by serving as the primary point of contact for financial aid related inquiries. It provides student-facing assistance in navigating federal, state, and institutional aid, as well as Bursar and other payment-related questions. By simplifying the financial aid process, this role plays a key part in removing barriers to college access and completion. We are seeking individuals who demonstrate integrity, care, intentionality, and innovation in their work.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 24 months financial aid general office, clerical, or related experience.

Department Preferences:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of federal financial aid.
