Pay Range: Targeted pay range of $16.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months experience in customer service or at a call center.

Department Preferences:

  • Proficiency in use of databases needed to track calls
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish
