Pay Range: Targeted salary: $21.01 per hour, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: No

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Introduction:

This position begins September 1st, 2026 and end January 31st, 2027.

Assist with onboarding, training, and support of staff members in the Clinical Trials Office of Stephenson Cancer Center.
Duties:

  • Facilitate participant onboarding, assign and track training and coordinate completion status with other departments.
  • Coordinate training logistics, such as calendar invites, reserve conference rooms, and facilitating virtual meetings.
  • Provide CTMS application support for new user registration, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with newly onboarded faculty and staff, providing exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process.
  • Assist the Senior Education Coordinator(s) in conducting live and virtual training sessions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with staff, faculty, and team members.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree
  • 3 years of related experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear correspondence and reports.
  • Basic math skills
  • Highly organized
  • Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI
