Pay Range: Targeted Salary $60,589 annually, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard/Fixed Schedule

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

Responsible for the financial compliance associated with awarded grants and contracts, including award setup, billing, collections, report preparation and award closeout. Reviews and approves fiscal expenditures, the application, and analysis of budgetary controls for funding sponsors. Establishes controls for all grants, contracts and other research finding mechanisms. Acts as a resource for research investigators in the area of financial award compliance.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • None

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

None

Department Preferences:

  • 12 hours of Accounting
  • 6 hours of Business Law
