Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $72,600 annually depending on experience.

Position Introduction:

The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychological Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health services within a collaborative, patient-centered pediatric setting. This role is integral to supporting the emotional, developmental, and behavioral well-being of children and adolescents while partnering closely with families and interdisciplinary care teams. The Psychological Clinician will conduct assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individual and/or group therapy for pediatric patients presenting with a wide range of psychological and developmental concerns. This position also involves collaborating with physicians, social workers, educators, and community partners to ensure coordinated and holistic care. The ideal candidate is empathetic, adaptable, and committed to delivering culturally responsive care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Required Education and Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Psychology or a Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work (MSW)
  • No experience is required with the Ph.D.
  • 48 months professional-level experience is required with the Master's Degree

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or ability to obtain the license within 90 days of hire date.
