Our mission is to promote initiatives that educate, cultivate, and prepare tomorrow's leaders, ensuring access and opportunity for all individuals interested in pursuing a long-term career in Intercollegiate Athletics. The SCPP Graduate Assistantship program aims to equip talented, deserving, and aspiring graduate assistant candidates planning to enter a long-term career in Intercollegiate Athletics with comprehensive experience in the field. Embracing principles of inclusive excellence, the program provides opportunities for education, cultivation, and preparation for leadership roles in athletic administration

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be current or incoming full-time OU Graduate Student.
• Applicants need not be admitted into the Graduate College to apply. However, no offer of employment will be extended without verification of Graduate College and program acceptance and enrollment.
• Please be advised of Graduate College and intended program deadlines which may be sooner than graduate assistant application deadlines.
