Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $87,000 annually depending on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard/Fixed Schedule

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Developmental Pediatrics, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and high-level oversight . This role is responsible for ensuring consistency across a growing network of providers, guiding complex decision-making, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, and managing program-level risks. The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting program growth, maintaining standards, and driving operational excellence.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree.
  • 36 months of program administration or related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: will accept 72 months of related experience in lieu of the Master's degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Valid Driver's License
