Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $43,700 based on education and experience.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Position Introduction:

Established in 2013, the Oklahoma Clinical and Translational Science Institute (OCTSI) serves as a catalyst for clinical and translational research that improves health and healthcare for Oklahomans. As a member of the OCTSI Clinical Research Unit, the Staff Research Assistant will be responsible for managing recruitment of participants in multiple clinical trials, participating in data collection and entry, as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state and institutional guidelines. Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Psychology, Engineering, Computer Science, Sociology, or a related discipline aligned with the specific area of research or project focus)

1 year of experience supporting research or working in a laboratory setting

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
