Pay Range: Targeted salary $14/hour based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard/Fixed Schedule

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

Duties:

  • Locate, organize and input data
  • Communicate and coordinate with medical education and assessment leadership and staff to support key projects, including curriculum mapping.
  • Copy, scan and upload documents
  • File documents as needed.
  • Support Academic Affairs staff in day-to-day office operations
  • Draft and proof written and electronic correspondence
  • Learn and follow confidentiality and FERPA regulations
  • Efficiently and accurately complete projects by the due date
  • Other general office duties.

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office applications proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Expert use of the internet to locate online information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Show initiative, brainstorm ideas, be proactive. A friendly and positive attitude.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and courteous greeting skills.
  • Must be comfortable handling repetitive tasks.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
  • Must be currently enrolled as an MD student at the University of Oklahoma
