Student Office Assistant – The Dodge (Fall)

Pay Range: Targeted salary of $9.00/hour, based on education and experience

Benefits Eligible: No

Work Schedule: Targeted 10-20 hours per week within Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Supervisor will work with employee to create a schedule that fits around their class schedule.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

The student office assistant will perform a variety of tasks within the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences Student Success and Advising Center (The Dodge).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support front desk staff as needed in welcoming and assisting visitors, answering, and directing -phone calls, and monitoring the office email account
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Dodge staff
  • Distributing campus mail.
  • Calendar updates.
  • Assistance with setting up and cleaning up for various events related to the Student Success and Advising Center.
  • Run occasional campus errands related to departmental operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
