Pay Range: Targeted pay range of $18.00 - $18.50, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday Standard / Fixed Schedule

Position Introduction:

The Training Senior is responsible for supporting the Training Supervisor in developing, delivering and evaluating learning for new Support Specialists and ongoing developing for existing staff. Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 24 months experience in a call center or front line customer service.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

None

Department Preferences:

  • 12 months experience with Adult and Family Service Programs
  • 12 months experience with inbound phone support
  • 12 months training development and/or facilitation experience
