Pay Range: Targeted salary $18.27 per hour, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm; holidays and weekends may be required

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

The Senior Lab Animal Husbandry Technician will be responsible for the daily care of research animals, to include but not limited to cage cleaning and sanitation, handling and restraining animals, feeding, treatments, and facility maintenance.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of experience in animal care, veterinary assistance, laboratory research environment or related field

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

  • Hiring contingent upon Post Offer Employment Testing (POET).
