Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $72,500 annually, based upon experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

Bar passage rates are among the most critical metrics for law schools success. This position is essential to strengthen OU Law's bar passage outcomes and supporting student success. A dedicated bar preparation and academic support professional will provide targeted workshops, individualized feedback and early intervention for at-risk students, while also coordinating with faculty to integrate bar-specific skills into the curriculum.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 48 months of program development, program management or related experience. 

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months of related experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Valid Driver's License.

Department Preferences:

  • 2-5 years of experience teaching bar exam preparation, legal writing, or other law school courses.
  • 2-5 years of law school or undergraduate program management.
  • 2-5 years of general or academic support advising at the law school or undergraduate level.
