Position Introduction:

The Department of Pediatrics, within the Section of General Community Pediatrics, is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Administrative Finance Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to a collaborative and mission-focused team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the section, supporting clinical, educational, and community outreach activities that promote the health and well-being of children and families.

The Administrative Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for faculty, staff, and external partners, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, and assisting with a variety of operational tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, adaptable, and committed to excellence, with a passion for supporting meaningful work in pediatric health and community care.   • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field.
  • None.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
