Pay Range: Targeted pay of $16.50/hour, depending on education and experience.

Work Schedule: 8 hour shift between 6am and 4pm

Position Introduction:

Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position oversees the daily operations of an assigned food service area, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while supporting an efficient and welcoming dining experience.

The successful candidate will supervise food preparation and service, monitor inventory and supplies, maintain compliance with university and health regulations, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role also assists with menu planning, cash handling oversight, facility operations, and resolving customer concerns while maintaining accurate operational records.

The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills who enjoys motivating a team and delivering outstanding service. Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED or graduate of culinary school.
  • 36 months experience in food services to include 12 months in a supervisory role.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • ServSafe Certification
  • Sanitation Certification may be required upon employment
