Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $87,000 annually depending on experience

Position Introduction:

The Department of Pediatrics, section of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) is seeking a Business Manager to support its rapidly growing and increasingly complex research and operational portfolio. The Business Manager will oversee a large portfolio of sponsored and non-sponsored accounts, multiple active grant proposals, and ongoing award management activities. This work requires close coordination with numerous Principal Investigators and the timely preparation and submission of complex federal and state applications.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or closely related field,
  • 36 months experience in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field to include 12 months managerial or supervisory experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
