Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional nights and weekends, as needed. After 6 months, the incumbent may request a Hybrid Work Schedule.

Position Introduction:
The Career Mentoring Specialist will support the mentoring team in planning, organizing, communicating, and monitoring LIFE’s Career Cafe services with project partners and ensure they align with specified project outcomes. The incumbent will oversee project management, participant management, and development of high-quality career exploration resources supporting the mentoring team's services. This individual will communicate with and travel to partner sites to host and facilitate events.
