Position Introduction:
Are you a passionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is ready to lead, inspire, and elevate the delivery of person-centered care? Join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, Case Management, where you will have the opportunity to shape the future of case management services while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout Oklahoma. This is more than a supervisory position; it's an opportunity to influence clinical excellence, mentor future leaders, and drive innovative care coordination strategies that improve outcomes for the populations we serve.
As a trusted clinical leader, you will guide a team of dedicated Case Managers while fostering a collaborative environment built on accountability, compassion, professional growth, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will balance leadership with clinical practice by providing oversight of complex case management services, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and member-centered care. You will serve as a subject matter expert, helping staff navigate challenging situations, strengthen clinical decision-making, and develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique medical, behavioral, and social needs of our members. Success in this position requires someone who enjoys coaching others and building high-performing teams. You will play an integral role in recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring new Case Managers while providing ongoing guidance that encourages professional development and clinical excellence. Your leadership will directly influence staff engagement, service quality, and program effectiveness. As an experienced clinician, you'll also have the opportunity to improve systems and processes that enhance care delivery. Through quality improvement initiatives, performance monitoring, internal audits, and collaboration with organizational leadership, you'll help ensure compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements while identifying opportunities to strengthen operations and improve member outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and reinforce a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Unlike many leadership positions, this role allows you to remain connected to clinical practice by maintaining an active caseload. This unique balance enables you to lead from experience, remain current on evolving case management standards, and provide practical guidance that supports both staff and the individuals they serve. Your clinical insight will help shape program direction while ensuring services remain responsive, effective, and person-centered. We're looking for an accomplished healthcare professional who combines strong clinical judgment with exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across interdisciplinary teams, and is passionate about mentoring others while driving meaningful change. You'll bring a commitment to excellence, sound decision-making, and the ability to foster collaboration among clinical staff, leadership, community partners, and external stakeholders. If you're ready to advance your career in a role where your leadership will directly impact both team success and the quality of care delivered to vulnerable populations, we encourage you to apply. Join an organization committed to innovation, professional development, and improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Here, your expertise will be valued, your leadership will make a lasting impact, and your career will continue to grow alongside a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence in case management.
