Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $50,400, depending on education and experience.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

Join a growing clinical research team at the University of Oklahoma and contribute to innovative studies that advance patient care and scientific discovery. As a Clinical Research Coordinator within the Department of Neurosurgery, you will play an important role in supporting clinical trials and research initiatives that help transform research findings into meaningful outcomes for patients and communities.

This position works closely with investigators, research staff, and patients to coordinate study activities, identify and engage potential research participants, collect and manage clinical data, and support research publications and grant efforts. The role also contributes to data analysis, patient assessments, and the presentation of research findings, helping ensure the success and continued growth of the department's research program.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 12 months of clinical practice, nursing, or clinical trial or research program coordination experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree for a total of 60 months experience. OR Master's Degree in lieu of experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Oklahoma State licensure is required for Nurses and Physician Assistants.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
