Pay Range: Targeted salary $14.25/hr, based on experience. Base salary is $13.75/hr w/additional $0.50/hr shift differential based on compressed work schedule

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: The schedule follows a Panama rotation: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. This pattern repeats every 28 days. Example:

  • Week 1: OFF Monday/Tuesday, WORKING Wednesday/Thursday, OFF Friday/Saturday/Sunday
  • Week 2: WORKING: Monday/Tuesday, OFF: Wednesday/Thursday, WORKING: Friday/Saturday/Sunday
  • Following weeks repeating 1 and 2

Travel: Not required

Required Certifications and Licenses

  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.

Special Note:

This position is a 12-hour shift schedule and includes a shift differential of an additional $0.50 per hour. If an employee transfers from this 12-hour shift to another custodial team, the additional $0.50 per hour will no longer apply.
