Position Introduction:
The University of Oklahoma's Michael F. Price College of Business is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented professional to serve as the Division Assistant for the Management and International Business Division. The Division offers undergraduate and graduate programs in Management, International Business, Sports Business, and Energy Management, as well as certificates and minors in areas such as Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Legal Studies. Through its academic programs, research, and partnerships, the Division prepares students to become effective leaders in organizations and the global business environment.
The Division Assistant plays an important role in supporting the Division Director and faculty while helping create a responsive and welcoming experience for students, visitors, and university partners. This position serves as a primary point of contact for the Division and supports daily operations through scheduling, calendar and meeting coordination, confidential record maintenance, routine correspondence, and assistance with faculty and student administrative needs.
The position also assists with meeting and program logistics, maintains office supplies, and gathers documentation for review by the Senior Administrative and Financial Coordinator. In addition, the position helps coordinate Division events and supports event logistics, including for campus and Division visitors. The successful candidate will be a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who communicates effectively, provides excellent customer service, and can manage multiple priorities in a timely manner. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys supporting others, maintaining organized processes, and contributing to the effective operation of a busy academic division.
