Pay Range: Targeted pay up to $21.01 hourly, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

The University of Oklahoma's Price College Finance Division is a nationally ranked program and one of the largest and most dynamic academic units in the college. With more than 1,750 undergraduate majors, a robust online Master of Science in Finance program, and a PhD program, the Division offers multiple academic tracks, professional certificates, student organizations, research centers, and strong industry engagement that support student success and faculty excellence.

The Division Assistant reports to the Finance Division Director and provides essential administrative and operational support to the Division Director, and division faculty and staff, serving as a primary point of contact for students, guests, and internal partners. This position is responsible for a wide range of day-to-day functions, including front-office support, scheduling appointments and meetings, assisting with student administrative requests, and supporting division programs and administrative workflows. The Division Assistant ensures efficient daily operations through accurate record maintenance, responsive communication, and effective organization.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.

Department Preferences:

  • University experience preferred
