Position Introduction:
Join the OU Health Campus Department of Urology as an Education Program Coordinator, a role designed for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complex, high-impact work. This position serves as a key coordinator within a fast-paced academic department, supporting faculty leaders and ensuring the seamless execution of educational programs and events. Working closely with six faculty members, including educational program leaders, the incumbent independently manages educational activities, visiting professorships, educational labs, research symposia, and fellowship coordination. The role also oversees departmental communications and digital marketing efforts, including newsletters, digital advertising, promotional materials, website content, and other communications that support the department's educational, and research missions. You will serve as a central point of coordination across faculty, students, and university partners, managing logistics for educational programs including, scheduling, communications, and program materials to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Required Education and Experience:
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
