Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $21.01 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

The Student Program Coordinator supports practicum and field education operations by building and maintaining relationships with agencies and helping students successfully meet requirements for practicum participation. This role identifies and develops practicum opportunities, connects students with field instructors and preceptors, and supports the onboarding of agency partners. The role provides guidance on practicum planning, requirements, and timelines; monitors compliance requirements; tracks documentation and deadlines; and maintains accurate records to support accreditation and program standards. Responsibilities also include developing and distributing communications to students, faculty, and external partners, responding to inquiries, and fostering collaboration across academic and administrative teams. The position manages program data and records using systems such as IPT and Qualtrics, provides user support, and contributes to continuous process improvement efforts.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating training sessions, practicum fairs, orientations, and other program events;
  • Supporting scholarship administration; maintaining related records; preparing reports;
  • And assisting with recognition and award programs. This role performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Department Preferences:

  • Prefer bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prefer experience in higher education
  • Experience supporting practicum, internship, or other experiential learning programs is preferred
