Pay Range: Targeted salary $60,000 annually, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional nights and weekends (and longer and irregular hours during fraternity and sorority recruitment season).

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

The Office of Student Life guides students in realizing academic, professional, and personal goals as they progress toward graduation and beyond by helping students get involved and connected on campus through the various groups advised by the office.

The Fraternity and Sorority Programs and Services Program Coordinator Lead is responsible for fostering a commitment to student success by actively developing, implementing, and maintaining programs and services that enrich student learning, build and maintain a strong sense of community and support the educational, professional, social, and personal development of students at the University of Oklahoma.

Reporting to the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Programs and Services, this role will assist in providing vision and strategies to support students and communities on day-to-day functions of Student Life. This position will work closely with the office of Student Conduct and the office of Advocacy and Education to address harm and risk reduction, policy compliance, building community standards, education and training. This position will work closely with chapter leadership and partners to create a welcoming and safe environment for members of the fraternity and sorority communities.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 36 months in student programming, student services or closely related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 84 months experience
