Pay Range: Targeted salary of $12.00/hour, based on education and experience.

Benefits Eligible: No

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

(FWS) Ally's House - Assistant to Executive Director

Duties:

  • Clerical duties such as phone, data entry, welcoming visitors, light cleaning, etc.
  • Attend events
  • Attend speaking engagements
  • Participate in fundraisers
  • Event planning
  • Social Media
  • Assist the Assistant Director as needed

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Skills:

  • Excel in written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing.
  • Computer skills.
  • Lift 20lbs or more.
  • Willingness to talk about our mission to those interested.
  • Adapt to ever changing tasks and duties within and outside the office environment.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

None

Department Preferences:

  • Pursuing non-profit work
  • Experience with fundraising
  • Must have a good attitude
