Pay Range: Targeted annual salary of $50,000, depending on education and experience.

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

The I-Hub's Innovation and Venture Support Specialist supports the planning, coordination and execution of Tom Love Innovation Hub projects and client-facing programs that advance research, entrepreneurship and commercialization. The position works across I-Hub programs and with university and statewide partners to manage project timelines, coordinate resources, monitor progress and ensure high-quality deliverables. The position also provides business and proposal-development support to researchers, founders and small businesses, including support for Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) services for eligible SBIR/STTR awardees.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination, program planning, or related area
