Position Introduction:

International Student Services is looking for a Front Office Assistant to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office applications proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Expert use of the internet to locate online information.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Superior organizational skills a must.
• Show initiative, brainstorm ideas, be proactive.
• A friendly and positive attitude.
• Professional telephone etiquette and courteous greeting skills.

Department Preferences:

• Experience learning a second language or culture a plus due to nature of position and the work of the office of
• International Student Services. Willingness to work in a diverse environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
