The Intermediate, Accounts and Access position serves as a key member of the IT Accounts and Access Management team, with a primary responsibility for ERP security role administration and role provisioning.
This position manages the full lifecycle of IT accounts, including creation, modification, disabling, and deletion, to ensure users have appropriate and timely access to university systems and resources. The individual works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify, diagnose, and resolve account and access-related issues, with particular focus on ERP role security and compliance. Reporting to the Lead, Accounts and Access position, this role requires strong self-motivation and the ability to prioritize account maintenance tasks effectively. When needed, the individual assists Service Desk staff with general support requests and serves as an escalation point for complex or unresolved account and access questions.
Required Education:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree for a total of 60 months related experience.
