Position Introduction:
The Lead Administrative Support Specialist serves a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of departmental and academic functions through high-level administrative coordination and student-focused support. This position provides comprehensive administrative assistance while also supporting academic programs, faculty, staff, and students in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities include coordinating office operations, supporting academic initiatives and processes, assisting with student services, maintaining records and documentation, and serving as a primary resource for faculty, staff, and students. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, lead administrative processes effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive academic environment.
