Pay Range: Commensurate based on education and experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Position Introduction:

Help shape the foundation of tomorrow's physicians. Join the OU School of Community Medicine as a Preclinical Curriculum Program Manager and play a key role in coordinating and delivering an innovative, integrated medical education curriculum. This dynamic position works closely with faculty, course directors, and students to support the planning, organization, and implementation of preclinical coursework across the medical school curriculum. If you're highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for medical students, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on medical education.

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 36 months in student programming, student services or closely related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution:  Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 84 months experience.
