Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 12 months of relevant experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months.
Department Preferences:
- Experience with Blackbaud Altru
- Experience with museums, educational or cultural organizations, or other non-profits
- Experience in supporting inclusion, equity, and diversity in professional settings
