Pay Range: Targeted salary of $50,300 depending on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

The Office Administrator coordinates daily office operations and supports the efficient execution of academic and administrative processes within the Office of the Senior Associate Dean of Students in the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences (DFCAS). This position provides direct administrative support to the Senior Associate Dean for Students and additional administrative and programmatic support to the Assistant Dean for Students.

Responsibilities include managing communications, calendars, and meetings; maintaining records and documentation; coordinating student-related academic processes, programs, and events; and supporting budgeting, purchasing, travel, scheduling, and other administrative functions. The Office Administrator serves as a primary liaison among the Senior Associate Dean for Students, Assistant Dean for Students, students, faculty, staff, academic departments, Dean's Office personnel, and university offices.

The position requires effective organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment.

Required Education:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or related roles

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
