Pay Range: Targeted salary of $8.75/hour based on education and experience

Benefits Eligible: No

Work Schedule: Part-time: Monday - Friday, Shifts Possible Between 8am to 5pm

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

Student Office Assistants provide a welcoming, inviting atmosphere while performing front desk assistance, including reception duties, guest check-in, answering multi-line phone, answering questions, program research, hosting information sessions, data entry, filing and other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
  • Must attach Fall 2026 class schedule.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 must be maintained during employment.

Skills:

  • Excellent oral communication and telephone skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Technical skills (web-based software, word processing, data entry)

None

Department Preferences:

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
