We are currently seeking a Operating Engineer/Mechanic to join our team who will under direct supervision assist with maintenance and repair of the steam and chill water plant generating equipment and its related peripheral equipment, tunnel distribution system, and all equipment assigned to the plant.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 6 months of steam and chill water plant operation experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days from hire date
  • State of Oklahoma High Pressure Boiler License

Department Preferences:

Ability to obtain specifically a Class IV Oklahoma High Pressure Boiler License within one year of hire date.
