Position Introduction:

The University Counseling Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Patient Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors seeking mental health services. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming supportive and confidential environment where every individual feels respected and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. As a member of our team, you will help ensure the smooth daily operation of the University Counseling Center by providing exceptional customer service, coordination appointments, managing front desk operations, and supporting our clinicians and staff. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating empathy, discretion, and a commitment to student well-being.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 12 months experience in a customer service role
