Pay Range: Targeted Salary of $24.18/hour, based on experience.

Benefits Eligible: No

Work Schedule: Both will be M-F, one 7:30-4:30 and the other 8-5

Position Introduction:

Assist with the operational deliver of the Case-Based Learning (CBL) across the preclinical curriculum.


Responsibilities:

  • Faculty room assignments,
  • Student group assignments,
  • Attendance tracking,
  • Canvas workflows and student materials,
  • Development of pre-brief faculty-facing materials, and final formatting/posting of CBL cases.

Role would also assist with proctoring, collaboration with Office of Medical Education (OME) teams, faculty, and other administrative roles, to ensure CBL materials and sessions are accurate, accessible, and aligned with course timelines and the preclinical curriculum.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Education or related field

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate verbally or in writing
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
  • Ability to operate lawn equipment

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date
