Pay Range: Targeted salary of $50,300, depending on education and experience.

Position Introduction:

The University of Oklahoma, as a flagship public institution, is committed to making a societal impact through research and creative activity. The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in the College of Medicine has a core research mission to advance the health of women through excellence in research. To achieve this mission, the department seeks a Post Award Grant Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for principal investigators, research staff, and department leadership on sponsored project financial matters.

This position is responsible for the full post-award lifecycle of federal, state, industry-sponsored research awards and contract agreements, including account setup, expenditure monitoring, effort certification, budget reconciliation, financial reporting, and closeout. The Post Award Grant Manager will also work closely with the Office of Research Administration, Grants and Contracts Accounting, and collaborate when needed with other departments within the College of Medicine.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 24 months of related experience.

Equivalent/ Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree for a total of 72 months experience.
