Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $72,500 annually depending on experience

Position Introduction:

The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Developmental Pediatrics, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the expanding statewide implementation of the SafeCare program. This role is essential in advancing program growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across multiple agencies. The Program Manager will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and overseeing quality assurance efforts, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain program standards and support continuous improvement. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a collaborative professional committed to enhancing outcomes for children and families through effective program management and oversight.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 48 months of program development, program management or related experience. 

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months of related experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Valid Driver's License
