Position Introduction:

Join the Oklahoma Poison Center as a Registered Nurse Educator and play a vital role in protecting communities through education, outreach, and prevention. This dynamic position leads the development and delivery of public education initiatives focused on poison prevention, safety awareness, and access to poison center resources. The Registered Nurse Educator collaborates with community partners, creates engaging educational materials, manages communication platforms, and represents the Poison Center at local and statewide events. Ideal for a nurse who is passionate about public health, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact across Oklahoma.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • 12 months professional nursing (RN) experience in an assigned healthcare specialty.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Oklahoma Registered Nurse Licensure
