Position Introduction:

The Developmental Vascular Biology Lab in the Department of Pediatrics is seeking a highly motivated Staff Research Technician eager to contribute to our laboratory research in vascular biology, immunology, and visual diseases related to preterm birth. The focus of our research program is to better understand how inflammation increases the risk of abnormal blood vessel development in prematurely born infants and ultimately find ways to prevent complications related to vascular dysgenesis.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Biological Science, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, Sociology, or other health related field. 
  • No experience required.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months equivalent experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree.

  • None
