Pay Range: Targeted salary $22.00 - $24.18 hourly, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., may include some weekends

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

The College of Professional and Continuing Studies (PACS) is seeking a Retention & Student Engagement Coordinator to join our team. From a retention and persistence perspective, this role supports the development and maintenance of student information systems, probation tracking, financial support coordination, and online orientation processes that allow for early identification of risk and timely intervention. The position also partners closely with advisors, faculty, and the OUES Student Success Team to implement evidence-informed strategies that strengthen persistence among online and nontraditional students.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 months in student programming, student services, or closely related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months experience.

Department Preferences:

  • Master's degree, experience working with non-traditional, adult learners.
