Position Introduction:
The Human Resources Retirement Specialist provides comprehensive support for employee retirement programs, delivering professional and reliable service to faculty and staff throughout the employment lifecycle. This role requires independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and close attention to detail to effectively support HR, resolve retirement-related inquiries, and communicate clearly with employees and retirees. The ideal candidate is dependable, timely and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 12 months experience in Human Resources, Retirement benefits or related field.

- None
